Manila International Book Fair- Sept 2026

As the highly anticipated Manila International Book Fair 2026 comes to an end, we are delighted to share

another successful endeavor for Authors Perspective Press. Throughout the vibrant five days at the SMX

Convention Center in Manila, Philippines, our participation went far beyond showcasing titles – it was about

fostering strong bonds, sparking meaningful discourse, and establishing a stronger presence in the global

community than ever before.

Recognized as one of the longest-running book fair in Asia, the 47th Manila International Book Fair, featured

165 trade exhibitors, drawing over 250,000 attendees from 110 countries across the globe. The Manila

International Book Fair 2026 brought together thousands of publishing professionals, authors, literary agents,

booksellers, educators, and eager readers from all over the world. The book fair served as a dynamic marketplace

of ideas where stories transcended borders and opportunities for international collaboration flourished.

Beyond the crowd of book lovers and enthusiasts, the fair was a vibrant hub for industry professionals as well.

We engaged in numerous productive discussions with traditional publishers from across Asia and beyond,

explored exciting new avenues with literary agents seeking fresh voices, and even had preliminary conversations

with representatives from the movie production sector interested in adaptations. The presence of major

bookstores and independent sellers looking to diversify their offerings also provided invaluable networking

opportunities. The strong visitor engagement, further solidifies its position as a key commercial and cultural event.
